Speed Ticket

Today we went to Sris Apartment for a dinner ... played some card games and left the place around 1.00AM ....we were in the highway at 80 Kmph ...suddenly a cop came closer to us with siren noise and all lights blinking ...we were shocked ..and suddenly stopped the vehicle side of the road.....it's a speed limit ticket ...he took the license and went to police vehicle ...we were praying not to get a ticket…police man came and adived us not to drive too fast and told that we all set :D

While coming back i asked rosh ... how much fine we have to pay if a ticket issued... my god it's $ 250...that’s ....around SL Rs 25,000 …oohhhhhhhh now i see the point... why drivers in this country are so decent and careful ....think about SL how much we have to pay for a speed ticket... It's max Rs 500… it’s a joke.
